Product description of Beka MX-F progressive distributors

The biggest advantage of Beka MF-F distributors is the possibility, depending on distributor, to arbitrarily change the number of lubricating points. They are made modular and therefore variable. By this, you can combine individual distributor plates (middle element and end element) with various dosage volumes to build a complete progressive distributor. By using different piston diameters, different dosage volumes per piston stroke can be achieved. For flawless use of your MX-F distributors, at least 3 pistons must be used.

These high-quality progressive distributors are made of galvanised steel (stainless steel on request) and deliver oil, semi-fluid grease and grease up to NLGI class 2. They are made of one inlet element (without piston), two to eleven middle elements (with piston) and one end element (with piston). Delivery of inlet elements is exlusive inlet fittings (optional with inlet fitting). All fittings with connection thread M10x1 can be screwed in inlet elements. Middle and end elements are delivered inclusive outlet fittings for pipes with 6 mm diameter. For large lubricating points, it may be necessary to combine two or more outlets at the progressive distributor. Every plate of the progressive distributor has 2 outlets which can be combined to one outlet. To do this, the seal screw which seperates both sides is removed and a screw plug in screwed into the side which is to be closed. By doing this, the dosage volume of the progressive distributor's open side is doubled. To recombine outlets, you only need to screw in the seal screw again.
