Semi-Fluid Grease Central Lubrication Complete Systems

We are the perfect contact if you consider a central lubrication for your system. From oil, semi-fluid grease or grease to lubricating nipple extensions, we offer a vast variety of different pumps and equipment paired with competent consulting. In this category, you'll find pre-configurated complete system for lubrication with semi-fluid grease.

Single Line Systems:

Single line systems are the most commonly used central lubrication systems. A single line pump generates pressure which then delivers semi-fluid grease through high pressure pipes to the distributor. Piston distributor allow for precise configuration of the amount of lubricant for each individual lubricating point. Lubrication is carried out in continuous intervals you can choose yourself. The advantage of this system is the pressure relief during pause time. If a lubriating point should be blocked, lubrication will continue at all other lubricating points. These single line systems are able to supply up to 100 lubricating points and are therefore adaptable to every system.
Fields of application include engineering, presses, packaging plants, tool machinery and other system used in production and packaging.

Progressive Systems:

Progressive systems' structure is smiliar to single line systems. A progressive pump is used with which the semi-fluid grease is delivered progressively and in set sequence to all lubricating points. When all points are sufficiently supplued, the system starts over from the beginning. If a lubricating point should be blocked or a shutdown due to unknown errors occurs, the lubrication process will start from the point it stopped after restarting the system.
One of the advantages of progressive system are low acquisition costs due to few components with simple design.  The pumps differ in terms of drive voltage, reservoir volume and integrated or external control.
Progressive systems are mainly used for tool machinery and hydraulic presses, but are also installed in wood working and packaging machines.
